Frequently Ask Questions

IELTS is mandatory for anyone if they are applying for a Canada PR Visa. Your IELTS score will have a good influence on your CRS score in Express Entry. There is no legal requirement that you must write an English language test or French language test in order to obtain a work permit. The English language or French language test requirement is for persons who are wanting to immigrate to Canada as permanent residents.

In some cases, some applicants for Canadian study permits on some special programs may be required to write an English test. However, persons wanting to immigrate to Canada to work or those who want to apply for a work permit are generally not required to write an IELTS test or CELPIP test. Basically, there is no requirement for you to write an English language test in order for you to move and work in Canada.

Employers may have their own requirements regarding the types of language skills that they would require from their employees. Typically, Canadian employers will either require that you are competent in English or in French. It is worth noting that such a language requirement by an employer is not an immigration requirement.

If you are looking to immigrate to Canada as a worker, there are two things that you are likely going to need. Firstly, if you are from a country whose nationals require a visa, you will need to apply for a visa to allow you to enter Canada. Secondly, you will need a Canadian work permit which becomes your status document. In other words, your visa gets you to Canada and the work permit authorizes you to work inside Canada.

Job Offer Requirement In order for you to obtain a work - permit, there are several requirements that you need to meet. The most critical requirement is that you typically require a job offer from a Canadian employer. The job offer can either be a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) support job offer, also known as an LMIA support job offer, or an LMIA- exempt job offer. Ultimately, you require a job offer to immigrate to Canada on a work permit.

IELTS is not required in Saskatchewan province of Canada as it’s a developing province rather than other Developed provinces which are British Columbia, Alberta or Toronto.

Yes, the possibilities are endless when considering applying for an open work permit. Having the temporary resident visa granted is an advantage as it allows you to be in Canada while you start the process of applying for a work permit. There are some important aspects that you need to take into consideration; however it is quite a simple process.

Your spouse or common-law partner and dependent children can come with you to Canada or visit you in Canada, if they:

01. Meet all the requirements for temporary residents to Canada.
02. Satisfy an immigration officer they will only stay in Canada temporarily.
03. Can prove they have no criminal record, if necessary.
04. Meet all the conditions for getting a temporary resident visa, if they are from a country or territory whose citizens require a visa in order to enter Canada as visitors.

A work permit allows you to live and work in Canada for a specific time period. Having a job in Canada is usually an eligibility requirement for some provincial nomination programs. So the answer is basically, YES.

Sir, I can understand your concern, however the process will take a minimum of 90-180 working days. Working for 90-180 every other individual will be difficult for us. For assurance you can visit our office. Prior appointment is mandatory.
